Fulfillment Policy

Our services are offered exclusively through phone consultations or Zoom meetings. We do not provide physical products or downloadable content.

  • Appointment Scheduling: Services are delivered based on appointments scheduled in advance. You will receive a confirmation of your scheduled time via email or text message.

  • Service Execution: All services will be conducted at the agreed-upon time through your preferred method—phone call or Zoom meeting. Please ensure that you have access to the necessary technology and a stable internet connection for Zoom meetings.

2. Rescheduling and Cancellations

  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, depending on the terms of your service agreement.

3. Refunds

  • Service Satisfaction: We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with the services provided. If you experience issues or are dissatisfied, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will work with you to resolve any concerns and, where applicable, offer a refund or credit for a future service.

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are not provided for services already rendered or for missed appointments.

4. Technical Issues

  • Phone Services: If you experience technical difficulties during a phone consultation, please notify us immediately so we can resolve the issue or reschedule if necessary.

  • Zoom Meetings: For technical issues related to Zoom, please ensure that you have the latest version of the Zoom app and a stable internet connection. If you encounter issues, contact us promptly, and we will assist you in resolving them or rescheduling the meeting.
